Learn the right way, because your personal trainer is Alexandra Laws— acclaimed Kinesiologist who has successfully trained professional athletes like Rob Dyrdek, Pro Skater and star of MTV show Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory. Other notables include Ai Sugiyama, Wimbledon tennis champion, Danny Way, professional skateboarder and 3 times world champion Olympic Triathlete Michellie Jones.

 
Developed and narrated by Alex, this program contains 6 easy-to-follow video exercises demonstrating the correct way to stay toned and flexible. Each workout walks you step by step with simple vocal instructions breaking down every move with precision, assuring correct form while maximizing the effectiveness.

Each exercise video is easily accessed from a carousel and can be played individually or in sequence.

The application does not require an internet connection to use and always runs smoothly without the irritating disruption of streaming videos of competing applications.

To guide you through your workout program, the application contains a “How to Use” guide, a monthly schedule, do’s and don’ts summaries for each exercise, and an exercise description table. The application also contains an introduction from Alex, with a background on her training methodology.

To provide diversity to your exercise routine, also try the iCore Gym Men’s Beginners B version, and alternate between the two.

After becoming proficient on the beginners exercises, you can continue on with the iCore Gym Men’s Advanced A&B programs— and from there, progress up to the iCore Gym Men’s Expert A&B programs.

ABOUT ALEX LAWS:

Alex is a life long athlete and passionate Kinesiologist and strength conditioning professional—with extensive understanding and applied knowledge of the human body and its correct function. Following a successful triathlon career and studying with some of the most highly respected kinesiologists and strength conditioning professionals in the world at the CHEK Institute (Corrective and High Performance Exercise Kinesiology) —Alex received her A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certification. Afterward going out on her own to found her own personal training business, Core Conditioning Concepts. Applying her extensive knowledge of fitness along with her own personal athletic experiences, Alex strives to provide individuals of all levels with the appropriate fitness programs to improve their health, well-being, and longevity. By incorporating her expertise into a portable workout regimen, she aims to educate and affect as many people as possible with the finest workout techniques.
